We know how much you look forward to receiving your glass bead. Because glass is fragile, we include Complimentary Shipping Insurance on every order to give you total peace of mind.
What if my item arrives broken?
If your item is damaged during transit, we will replace it free of charge.
- Step 1: Contact us at support@galaxyglassbead.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Step 2: Attach a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging.
- Step 3: Once verified, we will ship out a brand-new replacement immediately.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office first. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, our insurance covers a one-time replacement or store credit.
Return Policy
Due to the artistic nature of our beads, we accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
